- Materials are additional unless included in a fixed-price quotation. The supplied customer price may include sourcing, collection, handling and warranty administration.
- A £5 sundries charge applies only where consumable installation materials such as fixings, connectors, screws or tape are used.
- Parking, ULEZ and congestion charges are separate unless a quotation states otherwise.
- A minimum charge of one hour applies to call-outs.
- The applicable enhanced rate is agreed for evenings, late nights, weekends, bank holidays, priority same-day attendance and Zone 1 work.
- Commercial EICRs, rewires, larger installations and complex work require a quotation.
